The fashion brand
Eterna is a popular and well-known brand, especially in the business sector. The manufacturer's shirts and blouses are characterised by high-quality cotton fabrics. Swiss + cotton also ensures that the fabrics are non-iron and do not crease after washing. The quality is also certified by the Öko-Tex Standard 100plus and the Öko-Gütesiege eco-label.
Eterna also offers premium quality elastic cotton fabrics. A distinctive feature of the brand is that the garments are manufactured in Europe, in Slovakia. Eterna fashions can be purchased from around 5500 retailers, including the chain's own brand shops. Eterna offers its outerwear from size 42 and up. Plus sizes go up to 54, depending on the style. Eterna can be purchased online at navabi.de
The collections include Eterna shirts and blouses for women and men; the Eterna range also includes ties, polo shirts, knitwear and various accessories.
The manufacturer distinguishes between three different cuts. Comfort fit is the classic model, which is characterised by a relaxed cut. In contrast to this are the modern fit variants, cut to fit at the waist. Finally, the slim fit is cut to fit the figure. Various styles of collar, such as the Kent collar, the basic Kent collar, the shark collar, the tab collar, the button down collar or the shark collar can be chosen.
Eterna offers outerwear in ever-popular classic colours such as black, white and blue; additional colours and cuts, based on current trends, are always available. Eterna also uses patterns such as checks and flowers; the clothes are perfect for everyday without any sacrifice of style. Eterna produces not only its own collections but also custom-made shirts and blouses.
The history of Eterna
Eterna was founded in Austria in 1863 by the Hönigsberg brothers; at that time, only shirt collars were produced. 1927 saw the establishment of another branch in Passau, where the company began the production of shirts. In 1935, the company went into administration and had another longer break during the Second World War.
Production recommenced in 1969, with participation in the Men's Fashion Week. Since 1974, blouses have also been part of Eterna's product range. In 1981, the manufacturer finally introduced a non-iron feature, a landmark in the shirt manufacturing sector and a welcome relief to consumers. Over the course of its existence, Eterna has constantly strived to improve the quality of its products; since 2004, its shirts and blouses have been available to buy in the label's own brand shops.
